Warm up: Digital FootprintPrint out blank footprint. Have girls write what social
media sites they have in footprint. Discuss any negative experiences. Explain that
what you say on all social media sites about yourself or others will always be out
there.

Before you post something about yourself or message your friends, ask yourself

Lesson learned: Sometimes youre going to have problems, but thats OK if you try
again. No matter the incentive, we cant do something we really want to do, and
thats OK!

Wall of Support 10 min(pg. 176): Girls get 4 blocks, and each block (adult, family
members, coaches/teachers, friends, things that promote pos. thoughts such as
sports, art, movies) represents someone who supports you. If you put all of your
blocks together, you have a wall of support.
