Which do you prefer, waffles or pancakes?

This page contains data which was gathered from fellow classmates
during the semester on whether or not they liked waffles or pancakes
more than the other. To collect the data I simply asked students what
food they enjoyed more, waffles or pancakes. I then recorded their
choice on paper and once I had all the data I needed I tallied it into a
chart. Overall there were twenty-two students polled; on the right is
the raw data displaying what each person chose as their preferred
food.
The results were not very surprising, with waffles being preferred by
the majority of people at 54%. Pancakes, while also delicious, are only
favored among 45% of the population of people sampled. As for
myself, I prefer Waffles over Pancakes, but only slightly.

Here are some visual aids. The Pie chart represents percentages, while the bar chart
shows the actual amount of people who chose one food or the other.

*Note that the data only accounts for data representing waffles or pancakes.
One or the other must be selected. Future polls will account for more answer
choices, such as neither in the case that somebody doesnt like either one.
