Key Areas
Provide day to day performance management guidance to line
management.
Extensive HR knowledge base in Employee Relations, Recruitment,
Benefits Administration, Compensation, and Compliance
View all residential Programs on a weekly basis (2 days a week offsite)
Meet with all Residential Managers and staff on a monthly/quarterly
basis.
Leverage organizational policies and procedures and/or labor laws to
resolve employee relations concerns.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of agency policies and procedures
Oversee and manage HR processes for the designated units including
benefits administration
Identify training needs. Assist HR Manager with ER investigations.
Partner with Human Resources Business Partner, HR manager and
legal as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience working as a HR Generalist
Extensive HR Knowledge base in Employee Relations, Recruitment,
Benefits Administration, Compensation, and Compliance.
