Manga first began in the 18th century. However, it only became more popular after
World War II. People began to see manga as more than just funny stories but stories that dealt with
many emotions. One of the earliest and most famous modern manga was Astro Boy created by the late
Osamu Tezuka, the father of Modern Manga.

even stay overnight! In 2006, the Kyoto International Manga Museum was established. It was the first
