STEPS FOR CONNECTING CUHK WI-FI

First time to connect Universities WiFi at CUHK?

Account Activation
Step A: Visit: https://wifipartners.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/myaccount.php
Step B: Login using Computing ID (e.g. s0123456789) & CWEM password
Step C: Create or Change My Wi-Fi Password

Choose your operating system

Step 1:
Select Settings, then Wi-Fi & switch on Wi-Fi function.

Step 2:
At Choose a Network, select Universities WiFi.

Step 3*:
Enter the Username and Password.
User name: (e.g. s0123456789@cuhk.edu.hk)
Password (in Step C)

Step 4*:
Click Accept to install the Hongkong Post Root CA
Certificate.

Android system

Step 1:
Select Settings, then Wi-Fi & switch on Wi-Fi function.

Step 2:
At Wi-Fi networks, select Universities WiFi.

Step 3*:
Set a password
for secure the credential storage (security files)
Step 4*:
Enter wireless network information
EAP method: PEAP
Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
Identity: (e. g. s0123456789@cuhk.edu.hk)
Password (in Step C)

Step 5:
Universities WiFi is successfully connected.
* This step will appear when you first time access the Universities WiFi network.
