learned about this opportunity from my neighbor, Bob Jones who has had his semi
serviced at your business. Mr. Jones has told me of the quality and professional care
of his rigs at your company. I believe that my skills and personal traits make me an

As you will see on my enclosed resume, I completed the Heavy Equipment Repair
class at the ERESA Career Preparation Center during my junior year of high school.
As a part of the class I was exposed to several areas within the automotive field
where I learned a variety of tasks related to repair, service and maintenance. This
experience has given me the confidence that a career in the field of diesel
technology is the right one for me. I plan to continue my education at Lansing
Community College.
