I highly recommend Miranda Ludolph as a business/marketing education teacher in your school
district. I have known Ms. Ludolph for the last year in the role as university student teacher supervisor
and her instructor in CATE 5016: Teaching Internship. Ms. Ludolph will complete her internship May
2015. She is expected to complete Arkansas teacher licensure requirements at this time.
Ms. Ludolph is completing her internship at Central Junior High School in a variety of
business/marketing subjects. Her strengths are in the areas of student rapport and enthusiasm. She
successfully keeps students engaged. She maintains classroom management and behavior by
implementing preventive strategies when appropriate. Ms. Ludolph is a team player and is committed
