Check no damage to the terminal box and

insulated terminal block.
Ensure all manual doors (2nos pass-A &B)
closed condition at pent house.
Ensure field earth switch is open condition.
Ensure trafo isolator door is closed condition.
Ensure trafo field switch is closed condition.
Measure the field to earth insulation resistance
(with 5000V/ insulation tester). Filed to earth
reading shall be > 100 Mohms
Measure the Trafo power cable individual phaseearth insulation resistance (with 500V/
insulation tester). All the three reading shall be >
1.5 Mohms
Ensure power control cabinet (KKS CODE:
10BJH03) incoming power supply source#1&2
from
ESP
PCC#1
(KKS
CODE:
10BJH03/10BJH03) is in service, but any one of
the feeder is kept into ON.(Selector switch
always put into Auto).

Ensure power supply cabinet MCB NO: A6 is in

service.

Ensure power supply of power supply cabinet (KKS

CODE: 10BJH03), rapping system(KKSCODE:
10BJH04), heating system ( KKS CODE:
10BJH05) and bag filter( KKS CODE: 10BJH06) are
in service.

Ensure all rappers working (24nos YO, Y1,

Y2------------Y23) in auto.

Ensure all CRM motors working-KKSCODE:

10BJH04 (04 nos 1CE, 2CE, 3CE&4CE) in
auto.
Heaters

Ensure all rapper heaters working-KKS CODE:

10BJH05 (24nos MCB NO: 11&12) in auto at
heater control cabinet.
Ensure all hopper heaters working-KKS CODE:
10BJH04 (120nos MCB NO: 1,2,3-------12 each
hopper having 10 no,s of heaters ) in auto at
heater control cabinet.

Bag filter (KKS CODE: 10BJH06) PLC in auto.

Ensure transformer field charging safety lock switch

(Key switch no:1 for trafo#1 & Key switch no:2 for
trafo#2 ) is in service at heating control cabinet.

Ensure transformer HV control cabinet control fuse

(FU3, FU4,FU5&FU6)is in closed condition.

Ensure power supply of transformer HV cabinet (KKS

CODE: 10BJ01/10BJ02) is in service.

Ensure transformer HV cabinet auto/manual switch in

auto.

Ensure all above points are satisfied, system is ready

for operation.

Press start push button and check primary voltage,

primary current, secondary voltage, secondary current
and spark rate at HV cabinet/PLC.
