    The undersigned was given a four-day trip to Hong Kong as a birthday gift. This is also an
    opportunity to visit a relative and to have bonding moments since it is a trip with my sisters. To
    avail of the promo, it was booked on January 2013 and the schedule is June 13 to 16, 2013,
    including travel and return. In view of this, I come to you in all humility to request that I be
    granted authority to travel. In the set schedule, it is only Thursday that I have classes so rest
    assured that I will be conducting make-up classes for the subjects that I will miss.
