FUHS Choral Booster Club Vocal Music Scholarship Application

Funds for this scholarship have been raised by the Choral Booster Club for the purpose of benefiting
Fullerton Union High School Students who are:

Actively participating in the Choral Music Program at FUHS

Desiring to pursue their knowledge and abilities in the Vocal Arts to a higher level
Are committed to continuing in the FUHS Choral Music Program at an advanced level
Scholarship assistance is for Vocal Study (private or group classes), Music Camps, and other approved methods of
individualized and focused learning in the Vocal Arts. The Director reserves the right of final approval.

Your application needs a recommendation by an FUHS Music Faculty Member. Please ask them for this
before you submit your application to the Red Box and they will then be happy to add their recommendation
after you have submitted your completed form.
