Why do you want to be a teacher at Roosevelt High School?

I have always believed in being there for my students, future or current, and Im responding
to a desperate plea that I read in the library. I want to help your students by being their role
model, being there for them every single day. I know I can help them create and explore and believe
in what theyre writing, not just completing another five-paragraph essay. I want to help them grow
into themselves by reading life-changing texts and having them connect to them through different
genres of writing. I want to round them out and help them grow, and I know I can do this for them.
