We will work in Ristra without getting paid. Ristra is a beauty clinic that is located in several places around Indonesia.
We will be doing service at one of the clinic located at Jln. Radio Dalam Raya, Jakarta Selatan. We will do internship without
getting paid; by helping them as a cashier, organize their products, and help them to prepare for opening the store every Saturday
morning for 12 meetings.
Learning Outcomes from this CAS activity:
Undertaken new challenges
Through this CAS we will face many challenges. The first challenge will be working collaboratively with the other employees.
Then it will become more challenging when we have to cope and respond to the consumers complaints.
Planned and initiated activities
Because Ristra is a busy company, therefore the time and meeting has to be arranged beforetime. The CAS will take place for 12
times and each meeting for 2 hours.
Worked collaboratively with others
We will have to work together with other people and also communicate, especially with our supervisor. In order to do the job well,
we also have to accept input from the worker there.
