Growth-Share Matrix which is used to classify the position of a business unit in a four quadrant matrix based on
its Market growth vs Market share, McKinsey 7S Framework which can be used to assess 7 internal aspects of
the organization that are to be aligned to improve performance. Other popular Frameworks are, Profitability
Framework to assess a business unit based on its costs and revenue generated, Four Cs Framework used to
understand the source of the business problem(internal or external), Porters five forces which can be used during
