Creating an inclusive learning experience meets this course objective (g)

because I have taken into great consideration the urban community. I have analyzed
the social context of the classroom to create lessons that will improve the dynamics
of the students. These strategies will help all of my students feel included, safe, and
will in return make their learning experience a great one. This assignment mainly
focuses on two of the New Jersey Professional Standards for Teachers and School
Learners. The second standard addresses Human Growth and Development. It is
important that the classroom is molded into a small family. This family will include
the importance of community, social emotion, and physical development. Together
we will all make each other feel positive. The third standard discusses Diverse
Learners. It is important that each childs diversity needs are met in the classroom.
This ensures and creates a positive learning environment for all different students.
Culturally responsive teaching is especially important in urban school.
