Present: Ella, Emma, Jordan and Jess.
Action Plan:
Ella put up last weeks minutes.
Emily needs to pay 50 to Amy, also Emily & Jordan to pay 2 each to Iain.
Jordan to print a few samples from Jessops to show different paper types.
Everyone needs to design a personal background for the website before
the 4th May!
Discussed:
PrintingEveryone needs to send a few photographs to Jordan so he can print
samples at Jessops on THURSDAY. This will help us decide whether we
want to print postcard size prints and whether we prefer matte or glossy.
WebsiteFor the website it has been decided that everyone should design a
personal background for their own page. This needs to be finished to send
to Charlie on MONDAY 4th MAY, if you do not finish it by this day you may
not be included on the website.
Start gathering equipment for exhibition eg cheaper alternatives to
mirrors (foil, reflective card), projectors and other materials. Do we want
music in our exhibition? It could contrast the SILENCE signs around the
room. Music may create a relaxed atmosphere.
Next week everyone will discuss their major work and how they envisage
it being displayed. We can discuss the scale and nature of everyones
individual elements.
