a) I am an individual who enjoys engaging into practical aspects rather than

theories. Likewise I would like to work where I get challenged daily. Being in an
institution that was in a budding stage, I really enjoyed the learning and challenges
it has to offer. I admired learning things starting from scratch and being the part of
culture building for the Institute. I like to learn things in the same way, so I believe
startup is the only place that can provide me that environment.

b) I am a fresher, so I dont have any industry experience. Though in college,

participating in various extra-curricular activities and holding position of
responsibility has inculcated in me, mental toughness to start things from scratch,
vision to envisage my endeavor and team spirit to get my team attain the desired
result. I was elected as General Secretary of Sports and Games council of my
college, where I had to facilitate proper playing condition like ground, equipment
and coaches discussing with Joint Secretary, 15 captains, Hostel sports coordinator
and Institute administration, taking care of Institute team as well as Hostel sports
activity, preparing for Inter-IIT logistics and managing a budget of 38 lakh rupees.
I was also the festival coordinator of a National Youth Festival (sports festival,
VARCHAS + social campaign, SOCH + Jodhpur marathon) where I led a team of over
21 heads and 300+ members to establish it as one of the biggest festivals of the
state. I had to coordinate with each and every head and was on field for straight 4
months.
Various experiences have reinforced in me qualities of a motivated leader, a
dedicated team player and an efficient organizer. I am an individual who enjoys
engaging deeply with issues, comfortable with rigor and set personal benchmarks &
continuously seek to exceed them.
