Economics

Economics, studies how people (government, companies, individuals,

etc.) produce and consume goods to satisfy their needs. Most of the time
this is how the humans accomplish these goals with scarce resources.
Economics is divided into two major groups: macroeconomics, which
studies how the country and government behave and manage the social
goods, and the microeconomics, that studies how individuals and
consumers behave and manage their own goods. Adam Smith The
Father of economics, was the first one to talk about economics around
1776, he said that the governments should protect the free-market
competition by through tariffs and taxes.
Nowadays we live in a consumerist era, thats why we depend so much
of money and how to do the exchange rate move. We also depend of oil,
minerals, and businesses and that may affect the economy of the
country, and it can even affect your income. So, this science study how
all this develops. An individual must give a good use to its resources and
for that, it must have take into account the economical environmental
into which is moving on they are moving, because everything is
connected, so if you country is not going well economically you may be
affected.
I think that without economics we couldnt live, because it brings order
to the society, and it is very important to understand how the use of
goods and money to have a good living way for society to live and for
people. So, economics is not only about money and wealth, it is about
social development and how to reach the quality of life we all want to
have. Also, I think it is a big problem when the governments do not use
the taxes or resources well, because they must always work for the
social benefits, but when they dont, not only the economy falls down,
but also the society get worst.
