Greetings Citizens from the Pontiac Public Library,

Welcome to the spring of 2015. It is with great pleasure we address you. During our celebration of the Pontiac Public Library's 90th Anniversary, each of you showed how much you
care. Your attendance to all of the events leading to the gala at the
Creative Arts Center (original library) was phenomenal. The attendance at the 90th Anniversary Gala gave evidence that we care about
our library. It is with tremendous honor we extend our thanks for
your interest and support.
We are presenting our spring/summer activities and events with
each of you in mind. It is with great pride and understanding we
work toward meeting the needs and necessary upgrades for our library. The most important ways to show we care is with our Annual
Cinco De Mayo Day celebration, Reading Cafe, Red Box Summer movie series with Jazz, Weekend Pancake/Food Pavilion,
Genisys Credit Union Banking Program, Blind/Visually Impaired Technology and
programs, and a host of other events and activities. Remember to sign-up for your
fundraiser at the Pancake Pavilion and workshops to help you plan your event. Look
for a "Free Little Library" in your community and become a steward for maintaining the
structure and book inventory.
Please join us for many new and innovative programs and events that are designed with
you and your family in mind. We are connecting Pontiac through
