Description of Evidence D.

In my circuit lesson, I talked to them about how effort can help in a workout. I talked
about how the more effort you put in during each station for the 1 minute will affect
how much they can get out of the circuit. I also talked about how if they dont go
the minute each time it is working a different type of fitness activity, instead of
cardiovascular which we were working on to replace activities such as running,
swimming and activities that maybe some students dont enjoy.
