The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in


locating two at risk runaway juveniles with infant children.

Arely Zometa 17 is a runaway from a local group home. She is reportedly Bi-
Polar, aggressive and in need of medication she does not have. Zometa has her
3 month old son, Jose Zometa, with her and was last seen leaving the group
home on 2/4/10, in a black Ford Explorer.

Prisma Alarcon 16, who is likely in the Los Angeles area, has been missing with
her baby, Jaylen Alarcon, 2 weeks old, since 2/2/10. She has been in contact
with family and is believed to be in the area of “9th and Hoover” in the Los
Angeles area. According to the family, Alarcon has a history of drug abuse and
being involved in prostitution. She has made statements to the family indicating
she may give the baby away.

Anyone with information regarding either juvenile’s whereabouts is encouraged


to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
