Directors Resolution
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Companys Articles of Association
RESOLVED
THAT the operation of the companys current account with PUBLIC BANK BERHAD of 15 &
16, Lorong Sepakat 1, Taman Bandar Raya, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang ( hereinafter
called the Bank ) be and is varied in the manner following :1. THAT the authority granted by the board on 11st of April 2014 to Merrs. Encik Mohd
Syamsul Hasrin Bin Mohd Harith (m) and Madam Haizatulizawaty Binti Yaacob (f ) to
operate the companys current account be and is hereby withdrawn;
2. THAT the aforesaid Bank be authorized to pay cheque and other negotiable istruments
signed by BOTH of the following two signatories:a) MOHD SYAMSUL HASRIN BIN MOHD HARITH
b) HAIZATULIZAWATY BINTI YAACOB
3. THAT this resolution be communicated to the Bank and remain in force until an
amending resolution shall have been passed by the Board Of Directors.
