Letter of Recommendation for Amanda Lusk Harward

To Whom It May Concern:

Amanda has worked for the Special Education Department of Dixie Middle School from Sept 2011 thru
December 2014. She has been an excellent instructional aide to our students. She is able to relate well
with the students, has good discipline and is able to communicate concepts to them in a way that these
students learn. She has been invaluable to us in the areas of math and science. We have had a difficult
time replacing her as an instructional facilitator for our students.
I highly recommend Amanda as a candidate for a teaching position. She is dedicated to helping students
achieve academically as well as personally. I am sure she will do a great job as an educator, and be an
asset to your faculty.
