Work Environment
Physiotherapists have to follow their own good advice about proper body
movement. At work, they bend, kneel, stand, and lift or move equipment, and
sometimes, patients. Wherever physiotherapists work--hospitals, clinics, therapy
offices--they're on the move, seeing up to 4 patients an hour. A typical 40-hour
workweek may include evening and weekend hours.
