File with CLERK OF COURTS you cannot mail must take to the CLERK

OF COURTS to file.
Note: Sometimes the staff at the clerks office will say you do not have
to do this, but just ignore those statements and file both documents
anyhow.
Both forms have to be notarized before filing. There are some staff
personnel in the office at Bulow Plantation who are notaries and
usually your bank has notaries that will help you out.
Also, you must reside in your manufactured home more than 6 months
per year to be eligible for this exemption/protection.
