It will have morning and afternoon sessions for girls entering grades 2nd through 9th, led by the Southridge coaching staff and players. The morning session is from 9am to 12pm for girls entering 2nd through 5th grade. The afternoon session is from 1pm to 4pm for girls entering 6th through 9th grade. The cost is $20 per session. Participants must fill out the registration form including name, address, phone, email, shirt size, and session choice. Forms and payment are due by May 22nd to Coach Rogers to guarantee a shirt.     I understand that the camper will be engaging in physical activity and therefore
    contains an inherent risk of physical injury. The undersigned assumes the risk and releases
    Coach Rogers, Coach Kamman, Coach Buse and Southridge High school and the SWDubois
    School Corporation from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of the applicants
    participation in the volleyball camp at Southridge High School.
