NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BM&FBOVESPA S.A. Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (BM&FBOVESPA), in
connection with the Notice to the Market released on March 31, 2015, informs that it
acquired today an equity stake of approximately 6% in Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago,
Chile, an investment of CLP6.6 billion (approximately BRL33.3million). This acquisition,
in addition to the approximately 2% acquired on March 31, 2015, raises
BM&FBOVESPA stake in Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago to approximately 8%, totaling
an investment of approximately BRL43.6 million. BM&FBOVESPA also informs that it
will continue to assess expansion opportunities in activities connected to its core
business.
