As per the agreement ___________________________________will be providing ________________________________to
the Walk a Mile in Their Boots Fundraising Event.
The terms and conditions to be kept in mind by the vendor before starting their business are:

The vendor will agree to pay $10 for the 10x10 booth space.
The vendor will set up by 10am on and tear down after 4pm on the day of the event. There will be no personal vehicles

near the field on the day of the event.

3. The vendor agrees that participation in the Walk a Mile in Their Boots is entirely at their own risk and assumes total responsibility for accidents, damages and other claims that result from or during their activities in the event or in transit to/or from
the event, whether such occur to the vendor or third parties. Vendor understands that C E Krantz & Company does not assume any responsibility for such liabilities, and vendor agrees to release and hold C E Krantz 7 Company harmless. Vendor
further agrees that participation in the Walk a Mile in Their Boots is strictly voluntary and is completely unrelated to work with C
E Krantz & Company. Signature of vendor denotes agreement to these terms.
