duties. Organized parent teacher conferences and staff meetings,
school programs and community outreach events.

o Skills Utilized: Used excellent record keeping abilities, team work and
team building skills and ability to implement creative learning centers to
help children learn in a caring one on one environment.
Results of My Skills & Experiences
Parent Satisfaction: Parents were pleased at the rate their children learned
and how much time was spent one on one with the students. Commended by
parents for the environment their children learned in.
A Solid Base For Teaching Children: Each new class brought new
challenges and opportunities. In turn, this provided knowledge of classroom
planning (both long term and short), record keeping and class activities.

 Extracurricular: Involved Zion Lutheran in the community by participating in

St. Judes Foundation Trike-A-Thon events and Scholastic Book Fairs.
