    All the hot works viz. blinding,
    water proof sheet fixing,
    welding should be carried out
    only on obtaining hot work
    permits.
    Fire extinguishers to be
    provided at close proximity.
    Ensure that flash back arresters
    are provided on each cylinder of
    oxy acetylene system.
    All proper PPEs for the welders
    including fire blankets and fire
    proof aprons should be
    available.
    Provide cool drinking water
    when the workers work in hot
    sun if needed give ORS.
