CEMAS is a leading, dynamic contract analytical company established in 1989 that specialises in

generating registration data on behalf of the pharmaceutical, agrochemical [91/414/EC

(1107/2009)] and biocides (528/2012(EU BPR)) industries. The CEMAS facility is a member of
the United Kingdom Good Laboratory Practice Compliance Programme and all work is
conducted to GLP operating to internationally accepted guidelines. As well as this, the
Pharmaceutical Section is part of the MHRA accredited GCP- and GMP-compliance
programmes (Learn more) and efficacy work is undertaken under the "Official Recognition of
Efficacy Testing Organisations" (ORETO) scheme.

CEMAS specialises in residue analysis (including independent laboratory validations and

method development), animal transfer studies, operator exposure work, agrochemical product
analysis, formulation development, ecotoxicology, efficacy studies, REACh work,
pharmaceutical analysis and the production of regulatory dossiers.
