    Over 100 elephants slaughtered daily for their tusks
    1215 Rhinos killed in 2014

    MORE STATISTICS
    About 35000 elephants killed last year
    Black Rhino Population down 97.6% since 1960
    Fewer than 900 mountain gorillas remain
    Only about 2000 zebras remain

    WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT


    VETPAW is important because it is providing veterans
    with jobs while stopping the slaughtering and saving
    these endangered animals from going completely
    extinct
