    Sales and Marketing: Booked and confirmed amending guest reservations, become aware of guest room
    types, F&B outlets, room rates, and guest categories, created guest profiles, filed papers by travel
    agencies, responded to verbal and written inquiries and requests, etc.
    Housekeeping: Cleaned hotel rooms, inspected cleaned rooms, sort out linen in shooter room, took
    orders from customers, housekeeping staff, front desk and guest service agents, etc.
    Front Desk: Understood different reports, familiarization of agent rooming list, checked guests in and
    out, answered calls from phone operator, prepared arrival keys for the day, etc.

    Food and Beverage Outlet: greeted, seated, and served guests, bussed tables, etc.
    Front Desk: Greet guests, answered calls, kept track of bank, took reservations for in house dinners, etc.
    Sales and Marketing: Took reservations, learned for the fax, filed papers by travel agencies, etc.
    Recreation: Organize activities, ensure guest safety, cleanliness, and appropriate attire, entertain
    guests, distributed needed amenities, etc.
