t has been a pleasure working with Dylan for the duration of these two week. lt has been unfortunate that he was not here for a
period, as I feel that he would have learned a lot more about differentiation. He has shown initiative and resilience in a
lassroom designed to be managed by a very experienced teacher. He has worked tirelessly as a co teacher and the children have
greatly by his input and support of their work His willingness ta learn at every opportunity has been commendable. He is
colleague for whom I have much respect and lwish him well in the future as he develops his skilland retains his passion.
