The research conducted tries to find out if surfing has cardiovascular benefits for recreational surfers. My group and I were in charge
of recruiting surfers and strapping them with heart monitors in order to record their heart rate in intervals of 5 seconds. Once they were
done surfing we gathered their data and inputted on to the computer to calculate their information.
