    filing amended
    statements of committee organization with the St. Louis County Board of Elections, removing you as
    treasurer. As you know, a"30 day after" report must be filed with St. Louis County Board of Elections
    on May 7. After your failure to file the previous reports, Messrs. Hudgins and Smith are not confident
    that this report will be filed in a timely and proper manner.
