Childhood:
Amelia Earhart was always an
adventurous Individual.
She was Characterized as Tomboy.
At age 10 she saw her first aircraft
at Iowa State in Des Moines.
She spent a part of her teen life
being home schooled.
Amelia finally enrolled in a public
school at the age of 12.
In 1928 she was asked if she
wanted to be the first women to
cross the Atlantic.

Career
In 1928, Amelia Earhart was the
first women to fly across the
atlantic.
After the 1928 flight, she turned
her hobby into a paying career.
Many of her publicized flights
include the the trans-atlantic
flight in 1932, Hawaii to
California in 1935, and the round
world attempt in 1937.
She disappeared on her round
world attempted on July 2nd,
1937.
