POLICIES & PROCEDURES

At E & M Liquidations, our goal is to insure complete satisfaction with your


purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy processing of
holds, returns, and exchanges. Please be advised that E & M Liquidations reserves
the right to amend the following terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
RETURNS
All items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of
purchase, along with the original receipt.
All returned items must be received in sellable condition in their original box
and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories in order
to receive credit for the returned merchandise.
A credit of the full retail price will be issued for non-defective merchandise,
less a 25% restocking fee.
All refunds issued as store credits. There will be no cash or credit card
refunds issued.
o Store credits are good for 6 months from the date of issuance. If store
credits are not used within the 6 months, they will rendered null and
void.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed for up to 72 hours from the original purchase date.
Exchange items must be received in sellable condition in their original box
and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories in order

to process the exchange request.


Original receipt must be provided verifying the date of purchase in order to
process the exchange request.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same
model, equivalent model, or a store credit
o Notification of defective items must be made within 48 hours of the
date of purchase.
o E & M Liquidations must be afforded the opportunity to confirm the
defect and/or repair the merchandise prior to the issuance of a store
credit for the original purchase price.
HOLD ITEMS
Items may be placed on hold upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of 50% of
the retail price.
Items may be placed on hold for no more than 72 hours.
o If the balance of the retail price is not paid or the merchandise is not
picked up within 72 hours, a 25% restocking fee (based on the retail

price) will be withheld and the remainder of the deposit will be issued
as a store credit.
