We could stop this from spreading to your children by keeping them physical active with our physical activities. We must also teach them how to play with others, Let's also provide them with healthy food and plenty of water. Example of Activities Monday Cardio Day (Jog and Sprint) Mile Run ‘Tuesday Sports (Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, etc.) Wednesday Cardio Day (og and Sprint) Mile Run Thursday Sports (Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball,etc.) Friday ‘Tournament Day. Physical education classes teach the importance of physical activity for the general well-being of students and help instil @ postive attitude toward fitness now, and in the future. There are many challenges facing educators today. Childhood obesity is 2 huge prablem due to the sedentary lifestyle that society has advertised to us. Meny school districts are also experiencing funding aS: _ restraints while simultaneously seeing an increase in students with disablities in regular classes. All of these Issues present real challenges to schools; however, I believe an enthusiastic and positive instructor who serves as a role model for physical fitness, is the most important component of an effective P.E. program. A teacher must strive to positively impact each and every student and Convey the Impartance of lifelong fitness to all Class Rules/Consequences 1, Be On Time / Verbal Warning 2.
