Objectives:
To lead other students through warm activities.

Equipment Required:
Signs for Cicult Training, Volleyballs for groups of 2, and cones.
Introductory Activity (5 minutes)
Take roll. Go over briefly what we are going to do today. Divide class into small groups and appoint one member in
each group to lead. Group move around the are following any movement the leader does. On signal, another
group becomes the leader. The leader can use various types of locomotors movements and/or exercises. After
when they are done with big groups during stations. Separate them into two for volleyball kil,
Fitness Development Activity —
‘Students do the best they can at each station within the time limit. The implies that not all students are required to
do the same workload. Children differ and their ability to perform fitness workloads differs. Make fitness a

Practice the following skis:
Overhand Pass
‘To execute an overhand pass, the player moves underneath the ball and controls it with the fingertips.

1. Partners are about 20ft apart. Partner A serves to partner B, who catches the ball and returns the serve to

Clean Up (5 Minutes)
Both Partners are going to turn in their volleyball and equipment to basket. Go back to thelr assigned seats and
wait for instructions. Dismiss students when all materials are collected
