Enhance the performance of Tube grinding mills:

Install Satellite Grinding Tubes over existing mill shell

Every cement plant obviously aims at obtaining higher outputs at economical costs,
without duplicating the production lines, especially so in case of raw material, coal and
cement grinding. Subject to mechanical strength of existing mill, install Satellite
Grinding tubes over the mill shell for obtaining additional outputs. The satellite tube
diameter and number of tubes added determine the quantum of additional output, while
the length of the tube is governed by desired product fineness. When space does not
permit, satellite tubes can be arranged within the mill shell as well. The mill power can
be met either by rewinding the existing motor subject to frame size, or by twin drive
arrangement as required. The schematic arrangement is shown below:

Feeding and Discharge Arrangement
Re-engineering of existing media grinding mills as Satellite Grinding Tube mills will
substantially enhance the production capacity. Circular shaped grinding tubes are
