As a shift manager I was in charge of weekly product orders or as soon as needed. Kept up with inventory count so that it

appropriate amount of change in the register. These were all in addition to my stylist expectations.

As the assistant manager my responsibilities are to effectively schedule stylist and receptionist according to our customer
flow pattern. Checking timecard and calculating commission when payroll is due. Promoting salon by creating a relationship
with business owners within our shopping center and carrying business cards elsewhere. Recruiting and hiring stylist or
receptionist making sure they meet the professional and legal standards. Monthly employee performance evaluations. In
addition to shift manager and stylist responsibilities.
