Quotation for Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes and Paint Job.

Dear Sir,
As per our discussions the pricing of modular kitchens, Wardrobes and Paint Job
will as mentioned below
A) Modular Kitchen (3 BHK/ 4BHK) @ 1040/- Sq Ft.
Specifications for Modular Kitchens 1. MDF boards will be used in shutters; rest of the cabinets will be made from
particle boards (both side white).
2. Normal SS handles will be used.
3. PVC Skirting of good quality will be provided.
4. Two baskets and One Dustbin will be provided.
5. Hinges, Telescopic channels and auto latch bolts of Good quality will be
used.
6. Sink, Chimney and Top is not included in this kitchen
7. The above mentioned prices are subject to change as per price fluctuation
of raw material used and the accessories required.

B) Wardrobes (3 BHK/ 4BHK) @ 610/- Sq Ft.

Specifications for Wardrobes 1. MDF (interior grade) boards will be used for shutters and particle boards
will be used for the rest of cabinet in wardrobes.
2. Hinges, Telescopic channels and auto latch bolts of Good quality will be
used.
3. The above mentioned prices are subject to change as per price fluctuation
of raw material used and the accessories required.

General Terms -

1. We request a mobilization advance to the tune of 50% of the total work allotted.
2. Balance Payment on delivery. In case of delayed payment 2% pm interest

will be charged.
3. All the taxes as per Govt. rules will be charged extra.
