Daily Lesson Plan: Day 16 (Mini Lesson)
Daily Lesson Objective: Students will be able to revise their own work
Daily Formative Assessment:
Students will give their partners feedback on at least one of their poems
Materials Needed:
Pen/pencil
Journal
PowerPoint
All poems
Activities:
1. Show an example of what Praise, Prompt, Question should look like.
a. 5 minutes
2. The students will break off into groups of 3. They will take turns
reading their poems and rotate them and write comments and
question.
a. 10 minutes
3. They will then stop and praise the writers verbally.
a. 5 minutes
