These resources were created by research done by the partnership of

Aleeza Kaplan and Cristina Melendez. One of the partners, Aleeza Kaplan,
is a Jewish Mexican-American freshman at the University of El Paso Texas.
She went to boarding school in Greensboro, North Carolina for all of high
school and returned to El Paso for college. She is studying to be a physician
assistant. The following year she will attend Arizona State University.
Cristina is a Mexican-American sophomore and previously lived in Juarez up
until she moved to El Paso to attend UTEP. Cristina plays the piano and
recently changed her major to music. Both girls enjoy traveling the world
and learning from their experiences. These two met in an RWS class
offered by UTEP through a mutual friend and decided to partner for the
semester. Throughout the partnership the duo developed a strong
friendship. Together they collaborate ideas and discuss before
documenting in order to produce the best results possible. Together,
Aleeza and Cristina are hard workers that pride themselves in original work
done by primary research. They each use their individual strengths to bring
out the positive strengths of the other and help each others weaknesses by
working together.
