    ThroughoutmyfouryearsinMercedHighSchoolIhaveaccomplishedmanygreat
    things.OneprojectthatIamveryproudofismyparticipationintheROPinterviews.This
    projectwasverymuchsimilartothisone.Wehadtocreateourjobportfoliowhichalsoincluded
    acoverletter,resume,jobapplication,careeractionplan.,pridesample,andtwolettersof
    recommendation.
    BydoingthisIearnedacertificate.TohaveachievedthisIworkedlonghoursbecauseI
    wantedtodomybest.ImnotgoingtolieIhavedoneprojectsbeforethatIhavenotputthat
    mucheffortandtimemaybethisiswhyIreceivedthegradesIdidbutwiththisprojectIcouldn't
    justdoitinadayandgetawaywithit.ThiscertificateshowshowmuchworkanddedicationI
    canputintosomething.
    Oncewecompletedourportfolioswehadaninterviewwithbusinessowners.Inthis
    interviewourcommunicationskillswereputtothetestaswellassomemarketingskillswe
    learnedintheclass.Igotagreatladywhoapartfromtalkingtomeaboutmycareershegaveme
    adviceaboutbeingafirstgenerationcollegestudent.Mytotalscorewasa190/200Iwasvery
    proudofmyself.

    ThisaccomplishmentwasveryimportanttomebecauseitshowedmewhatIwascapable
    ofdoingbyputtinghardwork.ItshowedmethatIwasabletodosomethinggoodandableto
    earnacertificate.Myparentswereveryproudofmeanditfeltgreattoknowtheyfeltthatway.
    ThisisanexampleofthegreatthingshighschoolhasdoneformewithoutitIwould'venever
    hadthechancetobeapartofthis.
