Describe five ways by which Ghana can ensuré-that the emerging oil and gas industry in the country becomes a “blessing rather than a curse” 20 marks 3. The Ghanaian economy has witnessed a continuous increase in the general prices of goods and services in the past few months. Explain four factors that account for the recent increase in prices and examine the measures government announced on 22nd May, 2008 to mitigate the effect of the price increase on the economy 20 marks 4.
