I, Shanna Hampton, parent of Aiden and Nora Hampton (6th and 4th grade
respectively at Porter Traditional), am honored to write this letter on behalf of
Mrs. Nikki Jones, for recommending her as an asset to your staff. She is a
perfect blend of strictness and kindness. Her ability to connect with her
students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced
topics, are both truly superior. She is capable of recognizing a students
potential as well as weaknesses, apart from being very dedicated and sincere.
In addition, not only was I able to be a parent in her class, but I had the great
honor to substitute teach in our school and have day to day interactions with
Mrs. Jones and her students. Mrs. Jones is organized, efficient, extremely
competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages, especially
children. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
She can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the
job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a
very positive attitude.
In summary, I highly recommend Mrs. Jones for any position or endeavor that
she may seek to pursue. She will be a valuable asset for any organization.
