Student Centered Instructional strategies are clearly implemented through online teacher and student led activities. Mr. Deiters
demonstrates that he comprehends his students abilities and differentiates routinely. It is apparent thought the posted evidence around the
room that student mastery is ongoing. Mr. Deiters confers with students daily to check for understanding of the content. Mr. Deiters uses
pedagogy such as proximity to ensure all students are actively engaged in learning and to support students when needed. He encourages
students through praise which positively motivates them to want to perform well.
