1. Testing the functionality of the websites, we need to determine

whether or not the parent will be able to locate the information they
need to learn if they wish to enroll there kid with Holland Park
Kindergarten. The User being the parent will be searching through
many kindergartens online, so there will need all aspects of
information, prices, enrolment, hours etc. and be able to cross
compare them to other websites.
2. The research questions will be specific to information about
kindergarten; the user will be looking for this information etc
Where is the kindergarten located
How many allocated spots are year are there
What is the costing
What is the curriculum and activities my child will be involved
with in this place?
Will my child get the care, support
We will there for need to be able to determine if the user can locate
this, efficiently, effectively. How do they locate it? Can they locate
it? Do issues arise when locating it? Can they find help with locating
the information?

Task State: Locate Enrolment Guide
Benchmark: Could run successfully run through how to enroll
Task State: Find Total Final Cost
Benchmark: Can determine what financial cost will be for them with
reference to; Transport Costs, Field Trips, Stationary, Food, Gifts.
Task State: Determine if staff and facilities are Govt. approved,
certified.
Bench Mark: Find all information.
6. Environment can be mobile, only needs computer and Internet
access. + Pens and Paper with questions etc
7. Moderator will be on hand to set up and help with testing. Run
through the activities and take results.
7. We will be collecting data, on how well the site performed.
a. Did they find the information in a quick timely manner
b. Did they run into any errors
c. Could they locate the relevant information
d. Did they complete the task they where given.
9. Using combination of data analysis tools in excel, then write in a
Microsoft word report. With Hypothesis, findings, conclusions and
discussion.
