Impacts of having an absent Father:

Mothers what can you do?

When it comes to spending time with your children, its not about quantity.
What matters most is the quality of those interactions.
Consider their emotions, and provide them the support they need when they
need it.
Avoid turning to your children for emotional support due to financial issues.
Its human nature to feel compelled to help people, and when children cant
help someone, especially their mother, they can feel helpless.
Seek support from family and friends to help take care of your children. The
more support, the better when it comes to being a single parent.
Consider counseling for your children to deal with their fathers
abandonment.
